1-8 children: $175
9-16 children: $250
Party Details:
- Parties are an hour and a half long, with 45 minutes being spent in the gym, and 45 minutes spent in the birthday party room, unless otherwise specificed to the coach facilitating the party.
- Parents/adults are not permitted to enter the gym, but we will make arrangements for a time to take pictures.
- You will have access to the party room 15 minutes prior to the party for any set up. We provide all décor, plates & utensils, but do not provide food. You are welcome to bring any food you wish, just please note we are a nut free facility.
Booking Details:
- To Book a party, use the ‘View Events Calandar’ link above to view all available birthday party slots, and choose a date available to start filling out the registration. Please make sure to answer the questions on the registration form so we can better prepare for each party.
- Our birthday parties are for children 5 years of age and older. Guests under 5 are able to join.
- The birthday child is included in the total number of children attending. London Gymnastics Academy must be notified no less than 7 days in advance of the party date if a change in party size needs to be made (more or less than the original number you booked).
- A Guest List of the birthday party attendees must be provided to London Gymnastics Academy, by email, 7 days prior to the birthday party date as per Gymnastics Ontario’s requirements for insurance and liability.
- Download the Guest List here. You can scan/email the list to us or bring it to us in person.
Additional Details:
- A $50.00 (+ HST) non-refundable deposit fee is due at the time of registration and will be processed on the credit card on file. The party balance will be processed on the Wednesday prior to your party date.
- You will receive an email from Lucas ([email protected]), our birthday coordinator, on the weekend prior to your birthday party to confirm details.
- Please note that we are a peanut free facility.
