WHAT – Our Adult Open Gym (18+ years) is semi-structured, and allows adults to try out and utilize all apparatuses.  There is a coach supervising the the gym who is able to assist if needed. Come learn new skills, work on pre-existing skills, or just have a fun workout.  No prerequisite experience required – open gym is available to anyone 18+, beginner or advanced.

WHEN – Thursdays and Sundays from 8:30 – 10:00p.m.

COST – Pay-as-you-go, $20.00 (as of October 1st, 2023) per visit.  On your first visit to LGA, you will fill out a registration form and be required to pay the Gymnastics Ontario/ Registration fee ($40 + HST).  If you have already paid the G.O. Fee elsewhere for the current season, please bring your number with you or proof of purchase.
