IMPORTANT CHANGES
- Age ranges for Parent & Tot, Intermediate, Senior, and Cheer 101 have changed as of Fall 2024. Please read class descriptions and class titles before registering.
- We have extended our Parent & Tot class to accommodate children up to 4 years old. If your child is under 4 and does not have previous LGA experience, they must complete a session of Parent & Tot before entering our Kindergym program.
- The Gymnastics Ontario fee has increased to $45.00 plus tax as of July 8th, 2024.
Parent & Tot (18mo - up to 4 years)
Parent & KinderTot (18m - up to 5 years)
Kindergym (Ages 3-4)
* If your child is under 4 years old with no previous experience at LGA, a session of Parent & Tot/KinderTot (see above) is required.
** Advanced Kindergym pre-requisite: coach recommendation only
Junior Classes (Ages 5-6)
Intermediate Classes (Ages 7-8)
Senior Classes (Ages 9+)
Teen Gym Classes (Ages 12+)
Boys Classes (Ages 5-7 and 8+)
Tumbling Classes (Ages 6+)
Tumbling 102 Prerequisite: Front walkover, back walkover
Tumbling 103 Prerequisite: Back handspring
Ninja Classes (Ages 5-7 and 8+)
Ninja 102 and 103 Prerequisite: Coach recommendation only
Cheer 101 (Ages 3-4, 5-8, 9+) & 102 (5+)
Cheer 102 Prerequisite: back walkover required
